With a focused background in special education, Jen has worked as a teacher, tutor, and curriculum specialist for the last ten years. She has a Master’s degree in Language and Literacy from Simmons College in Boston, MA.  In addition, she has multiple certifications: Professional Elementary Education Grades K-8, Professional Special Education Grades K-8 and Initial Reading Specialist (pending).  Additionally, she is certified in an array of programs such as Wilson, Fundations, Empower, Project Read, and  Read Naturally.

She has started Jen Wiescisnki Ed to expand her expertise beyond one classroom. She knows first hand how difficult being a teacher is and wants to help be a part of changing how teachers are viewed, how the education system is organized and how kids are treated.
